ALEX D 100™ RTU is compatible with a wide range of medical-grade materials, ensuring safe and effective use across diverse clinical applications. It is suitable for surgical instruments made of stainless steel, tungsten carbide, titanium, tantalum, palladium, and aluminum, as well as orthopedic implants composed of titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, polyethylene (PE), and ceramics. ALEX D100 RTU is also fully compatible with robotic surgery machine parts, including stainless steel, aluminum, and advanced plastics such as PEEK, PTFE, and polycarbonate (PC). Additionally, it is safe for use with both flexible and rigid endoscopes—flexible endoscopes with polyurethane insertion tubes and lenses made from borosilicate glass, fused silica, or polycarbonate, and rigid endoscopes constructed from stainless steel—ensuring broad-spectrum material compatibility without damage.
